Living with chronic pain shouldn’t limit your life. At Palm Beach Regenerative Orthopedics, we specialize in minimally invasive pain procedures in Florida designed to reduce discomfort, preserve function, and accelerate recovery — often without the need for traditional surgery. Our board-certified experts bring years of experience and compassionate care to patients throughout Palm Beach County and South Florida.
What Are Minimally Invasive Pain Procedures?
Minimally invasive pain procedures in Florida are targeted treatments that relieve pain by addressing the source — often without large incisions, overnight hospitalization, or extended rehabilitation. These evidence-based methods use precise, image-guided techniques to reduce inflammation, calm nerve irritation, or enhance tissue healing. Compared to traditional surgery, these procedures often mean:
- Less discomfort and reduced recovery time
- Lower complication risk
- Fewer restrictions after treatment
- Outpatient care with same-day return home
While some pain management clinics offer diagnostic blocks and injections only, our approach combines interventional techniques with regenerative medicine, addressing pain while promoting natural healing.
Common Minimally Invasive Pain Treatments
1
Epidural & Nerve Block Injections
Target inflammation and nerve irritation in the spine or joint by delivering medication directly to the pain source. These help with back pain, sciatica, and radiculopathy.
2
Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
A precision method that interrupts pain signals by applying heat to specific nerves — often relieving chronic back or neck pain for months.
3
Image-Guided Joint injections
Small‑volume injections guided by fluoroscopy or ultrasound help reduce joint inflammation — ideal for shoulders, hips, knees, and sacroiliac joints.
4
Spinal Cord & Peripheral Nerve Stimulation
Advanced neuromodulation options that alter pain signals for chronic neuropathic conditions.
5
Mild and Other Spinal Procedures
FDA‑cleared, outpatient options for conditions like lumbar spinal stenosis that relieve nerve compression with minimal disruption.
6
Regenerative Orthobiologics (Adjacent Specialty)
Treatments like platelet‑rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell‑based therapies leverage your body’s healing systems to address musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction without surgery — often integrated with minimally invasive pain care.

Before all of this he was very careful and helpful, explaining everything in detail from beginning to end, even tried a few treatments before jumping into an operation.
(injections/pills/scans etc)
He explained the pros and con very well. His staff is excellent in the Loxahatchee and Lake Worth office. I'm very happy I found him. My leg feels superior than my normal leg and it's only been three weeks. The incision was tiny, and after seeing him three weeks after the operation (today), the prosthetic is perfectly in place. I barely have any pain other than wound aches from the muscle incision, which of course is healing every single day.
I no longer feel any electrical surges on my leg, spasms, or the leg not waking up when I'm in a sitting position or sleeping. Literally feels perfect. I have nothing negative to say, would definitely recommend him to everybody. I like the fact that he was very detailed with everything from beginning to end.
He takes his job very seriously well being relatable and is not the type of doctor that jumps into an instant operation, unless absolutely needed, which is positive.
