Dr. Mamun Alrashid is a Harvard fellowship-trained, American board-certified orthopedic specialist with more than two decades of experience diagnosing and treating conditions of the bones, joints, and spine. At Palm Beach Regenerative Orthopedics, he focuses on advanced, non-surgical regenerative treatments designed to relieve pain, restore mobility, and help patients avoid or delay invasive surgery whenever it’s clinically appropriate.
Patients come to Dr. Alrashid for arthritis, joint pain, sports and work injuries, and chronic low back pain. His approach centers on listening carefully, explaining every option in plain language, and building a treatment plan around what matters most to each patient, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Regenerative orthobiologic treatments including PRP (platelet-rich plasma), BMAC (bone marrow aspirate concentrate), and adipose-derived cell therapy, use the body’s own healing mechanisms to address joint and soft-tissue injury. These treatments aren’t right for every patient or every condition, and Dr. Alrashid will tell you honestly whether you’re a good candidate or whether surgery is the more appropriate path. That transparency is central to how the practice operates.
If you’re living with joint pain, an injury, or chronic back pain and want to know your options surgical or non-surgical, schedule a consultation with Dr. Alrashid to get a clear, honest evaluation of your condition.
